Problem

Royal Painting's old site read like a small residential operation - which it has not been since the early 2000s. The real business is large-scale commercial work for hospitality, entertainment, and corporate clients (Hyatt Regency, Gaylord Texan, the Cowboys' Star House, The Sono). The site needed to look like it belonged in those buildings, not next to a yard-sign lead form.

Solution

We rebuilt the brand around the actual portfolio - high-profile commercial projects, multi-state coverage, and the team's two-decade run. The site leads with the portfolio (named projects, named cities), surfaces the dual Dallas + Denver footprint, and routes inquiries to whoever can scope the project, not a generic contact form. Designed to read credible to a hotel ops director, a project manager, or a GC procurement lead.

Royal Painting Inc is a commercial painting company headquartered in Dallas with a second office in Denver. They have been in business since 2006, with a portfolio that runs through luxury hospitality (Hyatt Regency, Gaylord Texan), entertainment venues (the Cowboys’ Star House), and upscale residential complexes (The Sono). Their old site did not say any of that.

The positioning

The buyer for Royal Painting is not a homeowner picking a color. It is a hotel ops director, a project manager, or a GC procurement lead deciding whether this team can run a 200-room repaint without missing the property’s reopen date. We rebuilt the brand around that buyer - the portfolio leads, the project credentials are named (real properties, real cities), and the copy reads like a commercial operator talking to other commercial operators.

The site

A clean, portfolio-forward build that surfaces the named projects above the fold, separates the Dallas and Denver footprints, and routes inquiries to a real person scoping projects (not a generic contact form). Built to load fast on a job-site phone and read credible on a procurement laptop.

The service breadth

Three core service lines on the site - interior and exterior painting, wall covering installation, and high-performance coatings - matching how the actual scopes come in. Coverage spans 20+ states with named recent projects in Texas and Connecticut. The site puts that geographic reach where buyers can see it without digging.

Where we go next

Royal Painting’s pipeline mix and pursuit ratios are pending publication. The figures above are based on the public portfolio and are conservative.
