What's not included that I might expect?
Edits after launch (those are $75/hr ad-hoc), SEO work, content, blog posts, and Google Business Profile optimization. This is intentionally a minimum-viable-presence product. If you need the phone to ring, start at Growth.
Do I own the site?
Yes. If you cancel, we can hand you the source files - HTML, CSS, images - so you can host them anywhere. No hostage situation.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes - your $499 setup credits toward Care ($1,499) or Growth ($749). You'd pay the difference plus the new monthly. We expand the site to a real multi-page build at that point.
What if I need an edit?
$75/hr, billed in 15-minute increments, $25 minimum. Common one-off edits like updating a phone number or swapping a photo run $25-50 each. If you find yourself buying edits regularly, Care's $49/mo includes 1hr/month of edits and usually pays for itself.
Do I get a domain and email?
You buy your own domain (around $15/year on GoDaddy or Namecheap - we'll guide you through it) and we point it at your site. Email is separate - most clients use Google Workspace ($7/user/mo) or similar.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month after launch. 30 days notice to cancel.
